Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary lobby representative for employees, executives, and high‑profile clients
- Deliver top‑tier customer service with a polished, professional demeanor
- Monitor lobby access, verify credentials, and manage visitor check‑in
- Maintain constant situational awareness and respond appropriately to unusual activity
- Assist guests with directions, information, and support while upholding corporate standards
- Communicate clearly with building management, security leadership, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation
- Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and corporate etiquette at all times
- Extensive customer service experience in a corporate, hospitality, or high‑profile environment
- Strong background in security or front‑of‑house operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and executive‑level presence
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and attentive in a busy lobby setting
- Strong judgment, reliability, and situational awareness
- Valid security license (if required by state regulations)
- Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
