- Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security services is an advantage
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, walk significant distances, and perform security duties
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in security or emergency services are preferred
- Must pass a background check and meet industry standards for integrity and discretion
