Job Functions and Responsibilities:

· Focus on sourcing and attracting suitable candidates, ensuring that we are always presenting the most qualified candidates

· Strong negotiation and presentation skills and outstanding attention to detail

· Develop long-term relationships with potential candidates

· Directly research and source candidates through multiple channels including internet prospecting, networking, employee referrals, research, internet ads, database searches, etc. to secure the highest level of talent for open positions

· Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging

Required Education

· Four-year college degree
