Job Title: Mid-Level Architect / Architectural Designer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Architect / Architectural Designer to join a growing architectural firm known for its work in healthcare, senior living, and mixed-use developments. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career by contributing to impactful, community-focused projects while gaining exposure across multiple building sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of healthcare, senior living, and mixed-use projects from concept through construction documentation
- Produce drawings, models, and presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, and related design software
- Assist with schematic design, design development, construction documents, and permitting
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and project managers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project coordination
- Contribute to code research, technical detailing, and problem-solving throughout project phases
- Help maintain design quality, project efficiency, and documentation standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 4–8 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong Revit proficiency required; AutoCAD and SketchUp experience preferred
- Experience working on healthcare, senior living, multifamily, or mixed-use projects preferred
- Solid understanding of construction documents, building systems, and code requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Licensure path or architectural registration is a plus
