What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Designer position at SecureTek Solutions, LLC?
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Designer with strong Revit experience to join our growing team. This individual will support the design and production of construction documents across a variety of project types, working closely with Project Managers and senior architects. The ideal candidate has a solid technical foundation, a strong eye for design, and the ability to contribute throughout all phases of a project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents using Revit
- Assist in design development from concept through construction administration
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, civil)
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and client requirements
- Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback into design revisions
- Support project documentation, specifications, and detailing
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 3–8 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in Revit required (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
