Secured Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to join our growing team in Marietta, GA. Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home environment, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed and per clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Previous home health, home care, or community nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload with minimal supervision
- CPR/BLS certification required
