Home Health Nurse

Position Type: Part-Time | 1099 Contract

Pay: $50/hr | Paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit

Schedule & Hours: 8 hrs/week

Summer Break Hours (current)

– Tuesday: 4 hrs (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

– Wednesday: 4 hrs (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

School Year Hours (upcoming)

– Tuesday: 4 hrs (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

– Wednesday: 4 hrs (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

About Us: Salvation Private Home Care is a licensed GAPP provider based in Atlanta, GA, serving the surrounding areas and other cities in the state of Georgia. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized home care services to medically fragile children in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary: We are looking for a licensed RN in the Dallas, GA / Paulding County area for a flexible, part-time 1099 contract role. This is ideal as a supplemental income opportunity — work around your existing schedule with weekly pay and room to increase hours as we expand. Nurses interested in more hours can also work across multiple cases in the same or neighboring counties.

What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessments and document per GAPP/Medicaid standards
• Educate and support family caregivers
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervisory nurse and physician

What We're Looking For:

• Current Georgia RN license (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience, preferably in home health or pediatrics
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting
• Reliable transportation to client's home in Dallas, GA
• Willing to complete a background check

Preferred Experience:

• Prior GAPP or Medicaid documentation experience
• Pediatric home health or trach/vent care experience
