Executive Assistant to the CEO (Part-Time)

SecureCare is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO. This is a key role within a growing organization, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small business environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring priorities are executed efficiently, and serving as a central point of coordination across the organization. This position requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare agendas, reports, and presentation materials
- Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications
Administrative & Operational Support
- Track deadlines, tasks, and key action items
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with day-to-day business operations as directed
Communication Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, staff, clients, and external partners
- Ensure clear and timely communication across teams
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
Project & Task Support
- Assist with special projects, research, and reporting
- Compile and organize data to support decision-making
- Monitor progress of initiatives and provide updates
Meeting & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate meeting logistics and follow-ups
- Arrange travel and related scheduling as needed
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years supporting a senior executive or business owner
- Experience in a small business or service-based environment preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Work Schedule & Environment
- Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
- Primarily office-based in Omaha, Nebraska
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
