About Secure Income Management
Located in the sunbelt city of Tucson, Arizona, Secure Income Management (SIM) is a rapidly growing financial services platform focused on retirement income planning, estate planning, and annuity distribution.
Recognized by Inc. Magazine in 2025 as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States, SIM is building a national advisory and distribution platform designed to deliver optimized, sustainable retirement income strategies. Our team combines deep industry expertise with a commitment to helping clients transform their financial futures. As we continue to scale, we are investing in operational infrastructure and financial leadership to support our next phase of growth.
The Mission
We are looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Manager to lead, develop, and drive a national team of 20–25 Financial Advisors from our Tucson headquarters.
At SIM, we don’t just manage wealth; we secure legacies through strategic estate planning and income management. As the Regional Sales Manager, you are the technical and motivational engine of the distribution floor. You aren't managing from a distance—you are in the trenches with your advisors, architecting income strategies, refining complex case designs, and ensuring the team maintains the high-activity standards required to dominate the national market.
The Role: What You’ll Do
- Case Design & Distribution Strategy: Act as the "technical architect." You will help advisors structure complex annuity and income strategies, ensuring every case is optimized for the client’s legacy and the firm’s national distribution goals.
- Front-Line Coaching: Lead daily huddles and real-time call coaching. You are responsible for the constant improvement of your team’s sales skills, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Radical Accountability: Own the region's numbers. You will track daily activity, talk time, and lead conversion metrics for 20–25 advisors, ensuring the team hits the production pace required for our next phase of growth.
- The "Second Voice": Step into high-value cases to provide technical authority. You help advisors navigate complex estate planning hurdles and bring the "expert presence" needed to finalize the close.
- Culture of Excellence: Maintain a high-energy, disciplined, and professional environment where top-tier sales talent is motivated to exceed personal and company goals.
The Profile: What You Bring
- Distribution Leadership: 3 years of experience in a sales leadership or "team lead" capacity within the annuity, IMO/FMO, or insurance industry.
- Annuity & Estate Fluency: You have a deep, technical understanding of Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs), income riders, and how they integrate into a comprehensive estate plan.
- The "Player-Coach" Mentality: You lead through action. You aren't afraid to pick up the phone and demonstrate "what good looks like" in a high-stakes sales presentation.
- High-Volume Grit: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the organizational stamina to manage a large span of control (20 advisors).
- Tucson Based or willingness to relocate: This is a 100% on-site, high-visibility leadership role at our headquarters.
Why Join Secure Income Management?
- The Winning Team: Join an Inc. 5000 company with a proven track record of explosive growth and national recognition.
- Direct Impact: Work alongside our Senior Leadership team to scale a distribution platform that is rapidly expanding.
- Performance Compensation: Competitive base salary plus production-based overrides tied directly to the success of your advisor unit.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay Range: $96,000– $200,000.00 per year (Base Commission)
Comprehensive Benefits:
- 401(k) Matching
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
