In this role, you will supervise court-ordered visitation between children and their non-custodial parent, ensuring the safety and well-being of the child while documenting the visit in an objective, professional manner.

Child Supervision Monitor
Contract - Part Time | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided
Location: Barron, Wisconsin / Barron County WI

Secure Family Visits Inc. is seeking compassionate, observant, and dependable individuals to serve as Child Supervision Monitors. In this role, you will supervise court-ordered visitation between children and their non-custodial parent, ensuring the safety and well-being of the child while documenting the visit in an objective, professional manner.
All Monitors must meet the following requirements to be scheduled independently:
- Completion of company-required training within 30 calendar days
- Current CPR certification
- Completion of Mandated Reporter training
- Agreement to comply with all documentation, neutrality, and conduct standards
Failure to meet or maintain these requirements may result in removal from the schedule.
Compensation Structure
1. Provisional Monitor Status
Applies during the initial onboarding period while required training and certifications are being completed.
Conditions:
- Provisional status may not exceed 30 calendar days
- Monitor must be actively completing required training modules
- Monitor may be scheduled for visits while in provisional status
- Provisional compensation reflects limited risk exposure during incomplete certification
Compliance Requirement:
Provisional status automatically ends upon completion of all required training and certifications or at the 30-day mark, whichever occurs first.
Training Completion Enforcement
Monitors who do not complete all required training and certifications within 30 days will be removed from the schedule until compliance is achieved.
Extensions are not automatic and may be granted only under exceptional circumstances.
At management discretion, monitors demonstrating consistent reliability, strong documentation quality, and availability for high-conflict or community visits may be eligible for future pay adjustments or priority scheduling.

Monitors are compensated based on:
- Regulatory compliance requirements
- Court-admissible documentation standards
- Risk management responsibilities
- Professional conduct expectations
This role is not classified as childcare or casual supervision.
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
