HOA Compliance Specialist / Inspection Coordinator (Field-Based) Corinth, TX Surrounding Areas
$45,000/year | Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Field-Based Role – Independent, Active, and Impactful
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inspection Coordinator / HOA Compliance Specialist to support the enforcement of community covenants and maintain the overall appearance and standards of our neighborhoods.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, being on the road, and taking pride in maintaining well-kept communities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand each community’s covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs)
- Conduct weekly drive-through inspections of neighborhoods and common areas
- Identify, document, and track new and existing violations
- Take clear photos and attach them to homeowner records
- Process and send violation notices using industry-specific software
- Monitor architectural improvements and ensure compliance with approved guidelines
- Update and maintain accurate records of inspections and enforcement actions
- Work closely with the Community Manager and Assistant Property Manager
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle REQUIRED
- Active auto liability insurance and vehicle registration REQUIRED (must be maintained at all times)
- Ability to drive daily between multiple communities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and comfort using mobile devices (smartphone)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer service experience

Compensation & Benefits:
- $45,000 annual salary
