Secure Association Management is seeking a professional Onsite Community Manager to oversee a single HOA community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working closely with residents and Boards, and being the face of the community.
Position Overview
You will be dedicated to one community, serving as the primary point of contact for the Board, homeowners, and vendors, while managing daily operations, financial performance, and overall community standards.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of an on-site HOA community
Serve as the primary liaison for the Board of Directors and homeowners
Lead and attend Board meetings and provide guidance
Oversee vendors' contracts and community projects
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with community standards.
Assist with budgets, financials, and reporting.
Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support committees and community initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of property management experience required
Multifamily or HOA experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong time management abilities
Customer-focused with a professional and solutions-driven approach
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the community
Additional Information
Employment is contingent upon completion of a standard background screening

Starting at a $70,000-$80,000 annual salary
