As we scale, we are looking for a technical "engine" to manage the marketing and systems behind our rising brand and our CEO’s broader business portfolio.


The Role

We are looking for a high-impact Growth Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of data-driven advertising and technical backend systems. This isn’t a role for someone who just "posts content"—we need a strategist who can build the funnels, optimize the ads, and architect the automation that drives real revenue.


You will work directly with a fast-moving, high-energy CEO. You must be hyper-organized, self-motivated, and prepared to suggest strategies to expand our reach, rather than waiting for a daily task list.


Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to increase acquisition and engagement for Secure Accounting and affiliated businesses.
  • Paid Media Mastery: Full ownership of Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads, with a focus on conversion API, tracking, and ROI optimization.
  • Systems Architecture: Expertly manage the GoHighLevel ecosystem (Workflows, Funnels, CRM) and the Google Workspace/Enterprise environment.
  • Technical Web Dev: Maintain and optimize web assets to ensure high speed, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO-friendly infrastructure.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use GA4 and web analytics to provide corporate-level reporting, translating complex data into actionable business insights.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 years of professional experience in Growth Marketing and Web Development. Experience in Financial, Accounting, or Consumer Advising is a major plus.
  • Education: Associate's degree required (Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar preferred). Bachelor's and/or specialized certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, GHL) are highly desirable.
  • Technical Stack: * Expert-level command of Triggers, Automations, Funnels.
  • Power user of Google Workspace (Enterprise).
  • Proficiency in B2B or professional services marketing.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
