Secural Security Corporation is a professional security and investigations firm headquartered in Calabasas, California. We deliver high-quality security solutions to private, public, and commercial clients across Southern California. With experienced personnel and strong growth in the industry, we pride ourselves on providing customized service, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships.

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to help expand our market presence and build new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills, a passion for relationship-building, and an interest in the security service sector.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and secure new security service contracts (vehicle patrol, onsite officers, event security, etc.).
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, networking events, and in-person visits.
  • Understand client needs and present customized service proposals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and service presentations.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams during onboarding of new clients.
  • Track leads, maintain CRM records, and provide weekly sales reports.
  • Represent Secural Security Corporation with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience required; B2B or service-based sales strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in security services, investigations, or public safety is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must be able to pass a background check (Finger Print).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of physical security solutions.
  • Familiarity with contract language, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Ability to identify and convert leads through cold outreach and networking.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Compensation

  • Base pay commission (structure based on experience).
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
