Test Administration Associate
- Location: Newtown, PA – Hybrid 2-3 days per week Onsite
- Duration: 6 Month Contract – Possibility to be extended
- Rate: $20/hr
Summary of Position:
This role is responsible for performing, monitoring and optimizing various test administration processes in support of the Law School Admission Test (LSAT); ensuring accurate and timely communication to candidates; analyzing and automating data created. The Test Administration Associate will also provide customer/end-user support via email and phone. The Test Administration Associate works collaboratively across the organization to understand LSAC enterprise systems and processes and is responsible for building and executing processes that effectively provide value to candidates.
Essential Functions:
The individual employed in this position will be required to:
- Work with the Test Administration Manager to understand operational and customer support needs to create new processes and improve existing processes.
- Build business process documentation.
- Develop requirements for additional technical capabilities and work collaboratively across Candidate Solutions and Technology to identify possible solutions.
- Monitor process data to improve the customer experience and reduce process risk for errors.
- Provide high quality support to candidates.
- Quality check the work produced in Test Administration.
- Work in-person at the LSAC headquarters to pack and unpack paper-and-pencil test materials
- Support test administration activities for the LSAT.
- Work with fellow TA staff as well as outside vendors to meet shipping expectations and deadlines.
- Support test processing functions.
- Communicate with test center staff, test delivery vendors and test takers by email.
- Provide periodic work status updates for daily stand ups.
- Function as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures.
- Deliver quality customer services to both external (test takers) as well as internal (stake holders).
- Perform assigned duties in a manner consistent with the mission, goals, and core values of LSAC.

Required Experience and Education:
- Minimum of an associate degree or comparable training.
- Experience in an office environment.
Preferred Experience and Education:
- B.A. or B.S. degree.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the organization.
Position Type:
- This role is a full-time/part-time position with a standard workweek of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. ET. The position may require overtime or weekend work.
- Overtime is required, evenings and weekends.
Work Environment:
- This job operates in a professional office and remote environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanning machines.
