Job Title: Associate, Administration
Location: Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: Contract
Duration: Through December 2025
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
We are seeking an Associate, Administration to provide high-level administrative support in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will manage scheduling, coordinate events, and handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate calendars, schedule meetings, travel, and itineraries
Organize event logistics and vendor contracts
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and voicemails
Prepare and submit expense reports (T&E)
Order office supplies, support office moves, and coordinate with facilities teams
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Skype for Business, and SharePoint
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
