Sectr is currently partnered with a PE backed Ophthalmology Organization - seeking Senior Operations Leaders with Ophthalmology Industry experience to join their team and drive Revenue growth across multi-site Ophthalmology practices.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee 100 ophthalmology clinics and ASCs across Arizona
- Maintain full P&L ownership, including production, budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
- Develop, mentor, and scale the leadership team
- Define and execute strategic growth plans, identifying new opportunities for expansion
- Partner with providers to enhance productivity and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the ophthalmology industry
- Background in private equity-backed healthcare organizations
- Proven experience managing multi-site healthcare operations
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Arizona
- Strong sales, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated financial acumen
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
Salary : $175,000 - $220,000
