Unarmed Security Officer - (Towson, MD) - FTSecurity Duties:Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responsesLiaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problemsIndoor patrol of buildings (only) checking for physical damage, water damage, leaking pipes, bathrooms secureExtensive walking (down stairs only) and scanning check pointsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeExtensive Foot PatrolAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions (not standing outdoors; just walking from building to building next door)Two Post: Stationary watch from the Security Desk switch off every hour to conduct an extensive foot patrol using phone software and check points
