Position Responsibilities

• Performing duties in accordance with post orders
• Regular indoor and outdoor patrols of a vacant commercial space
• Creating detailed reports on building activity using company provided cellphone and reporting software
• Responding to major occurrences with speed and accuracy
• Following prescribed standard operating procedures for basic and emergency responses
• Complete records, reports, and other information as required
• Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions.

Available Positions:

Monday - Friday 6a - 2p

Monday - Friday 2p - 10p

Monday - Friday 10p - 6a

Saturday - Sunday 6a - 6p

Saturday - Sunday 6p-6a

Education Requirements (All)

High school diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)
