Job Skills / Requirements
Field Supervisors are responsible for supervising quality physical security and Security Officer performance at client sites. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Must have at least 2 year's experience as a supervisor
- Must be able to conduct meetings with our clients to brief them on any updates
- Must be able to manage a large team at multiple client locations
- Must be able to type and use Excel and Word Programs
- Must be able to manage within a budget.
- Familiarity with WinTeam
- Must be able to write, review and provide corrective measures (feedback to daily activity log and incident reports)
- Must be able to manage multiple schedules
- Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license
Education Requirements (All)
High school diploma or equivalent
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
