Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and oversee interactive game sessions and themed events to captivate participants and enhance their overall experience
- Manage guest engagement by providing clear instructions, resolving conflicts promptly, and ensuring everyone feels included and valued
- Maintain safety protocols during all activities, including first aid response when necessary, adhering to established safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Facilitate outdoor work activities, including setup, teardown, and manual handling of equipment or props to ensure smooth event operations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems for ticketing or merchandise sales while processing payments efficiently
- Lead public speaking segments or demonstrations to introduce game rules or event themes with enthusiasm and clarity
- Collaborate with team members to organize large-scale events, manage crowd flow, and ensure a fun, safe environment for all guests
Requirements
- Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments with a focus on guest services and entertainment
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- First aid certification (CPR included) with the ability to respond swiftly during emergencies; lifeguard or outdoor activity experience is a plus
- Experience working with children or in retail sales environments demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety protocol adherence, manual handling techniques, and heavy lifting procedures required for outdoor event setups
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately in fast-paced settings
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements and team coordination; theater or food service experience is advantageous
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels throughout long shifts
