Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate interactive games, attractions, and entertainment activities to ensure a fun and safe experience for all guests.
• Manage event setup, breakdown, and operational flow, coordinating with team members to deliver seamless experiences.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of low voltage electrical systems, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols including emergency procedures, first aid response, CPR certification, and conflict management when necessary.
• Assist with guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing clear instructions during events or activities.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems for ticketing or merchandise sales related to events.
• Support outdoor work activities such as setting up equipment or managing outdoor attractions while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in events management, hospitality, or venue operations is highly desirable.
• Strong background in conflict management, guest services, and customer engagement.
• Certified in first aid and CPR; lifeguard or rescue experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience working with children in recreational or educational settings.
• Knowledge of retail sales processes and cash handling procedures.
• Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems, basic math skills for troubleshooting, and manual handling techniques for heavy lifting.
• Excellent communication skills including public speaking abilities; comfortable working outdoors and in high-energy environments.
• Previous experience with theater productions, resort operations, food service, or outdoor adventure activities is advantageous.

Understanding of Low Voltage Electronics:

Responsibilities

• Fabricate Props: Wire sensors, electromagnets, microcontrollers, and relays into custom escape room elements.
• System Installation: Run, terminate, and label network (Cat5/6), audio, video, and DC power cabling.
• Diagnostics: Diagnose and resolve hardware, wiring, and connectivity issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years in low voltage wiring, AV integration, or custom electronics assembly.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled with soldering irons, multimeters, wire strippers, and crimping tools.
• Circuitry Knowledge: Solid understanding of relays, switches, LED lighting, and basic DC circuitry.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with Arduino/Raspberry Pi programming, DMX lighting, or pneumatic systems.
• Competitive compensation strictly commensurate with experience.
