Hookah Attendant – City Garden at Secrets Cocktail Garden
Join the team at Secrets Cocktail Garden’s upscale second-floor lounge, City Garden, located in the heart of Jackson Ward. We are looking for energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven Hookah Attendants who thrive in high-energy nightlife environments and know how to create a premium guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality hookahs with proper presentation
- Manage coal rotation and maintain guest hookahs throughout service
- Keep all hookah stations and equipment clean and organized
- Assist guests with flavor selections and recommendations
- Work closely with the bar and floor team during peak hours
- Complete nightly cleaning and station reset procedures
Requirements:
- 2 year of hookah or nightlife/lounge experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Must be available during operating hours:
- Must be 21 years old
- Wednesday–Thursday: 4 PM–12 AMFriday–Saturday: 4 PM–2 AMSunday: 3 PM–10 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
