This position supports the culinary team by ensuring all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and properly stored while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The Dishwasher helps keep kitchen operations running efficiently during service and contributes to the overall success of the guest experience. Duties & Responsibilities:

Dishwashing & Sanitation

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
• Operate dishwashing machines properly and maintain cleanliness of dish area
• Ensure all items are cleaned to health department and company standards
• Maintain proper chemical levels and sanitation procedures at all times

Kitchen Cleanliness

• Keep dish station, sinks, floors, mats, drains, and trash areas clean and organized
• Remove trash and recycling regularly throughout shifts
• Assist with kitchen deep cleaning projects as assigned
• Sweep and mop kitchen and storage areas during and after service

Kitchen Support

• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep or stocking duties when needed
• Organize clean dishes and supplies in designated storage areas
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of low inventory
• Support overall kitchen operations during busy service periods

FOH Support

• Deep clean restrooms on both floors at the end of each service.
• Empty trash cans on both floors at the end of the night.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or dishwasher experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to assist others
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Hours of Operation: Wed–Thu: 3 PM – 12 AM | Fri–Sat: 3 PM – 2 AM | Sun: 3 PM – 10 PM

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
