Automotive Deal Clerk

• Preparing and sending out contract packets to banks.
• Preparing DMV documents for CT and out of state processing
• Processing payoffs for trades. Completing trade titles.
• Stocking of cars- new and used.
• Accounting entries as needed.
• Mail correspondence to customers as necessary to update accounts.
• Assist with related special projects, as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• DealerTrack knowledge preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Should be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel but will train as needed.
• Prefer 1-year experience in automotive accounting field.
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of work quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
  

• Starting pay of $23 per hour, based on prior experience.
