Compensation:
- Flat Rate Pay: $23.00–$32.00 per flat-rate hour, based on experience.
- Earn Pay Increases as you complete Subaru factory training and achieve Subaru certification levels.

Responsibilities:
As a Subaru Lube Technician, you will:
- Perform routine maintenance including:
- Oil and filter changes.
- Tire rotations.
- Battery inspections.
- Fluid level inspections and top-offs.
- Air and cabin filter replacements.
- Complete Subaru multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Properly clock on and off labor operations and complete repair orders accurately.
- Test drive vehicles when appropriate.
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who has:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic automotive repair and maintenance knowledge.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior dealership or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
