Second Salem Brewing Co., an award-winning brewpub in downtown Whitewater, is currently hiring part-time servers and bartenders (15–25 hours per week).
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in providing great service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you appreciate quality food, craft beer, and a welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain clean, organized dining areas
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service
- Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Make recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Process payments and manage checks accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and people skills
- Availability for nights and weekends is required
- Must be 18yrs or older
Compensation:
- Average earnings of $17–$20 per hour, including hourly wage plus tips
Job Type: Part-time
