Job Overview
We are seeking to add a couple of knowledgeable leaders to our crew. Those with a strong understanding of the tools and equipment they wield to complete projects within a timely manner. These crew members follow direction and implement policies and procedures based on the highest level of company standards. Our Foreman are looked to for their ability to guide others, keep time budgets in mind, and maintain quality across the board.
Responsibilities
- Driving Truck and Trailer, Attention to detail and organization for equipment and tools.
- Oversees lawn care services, mowing, trimming, blowing. Ensuring consistent quality through the crew and providing constructive guidance when needed.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in lawn care maintenance, as well as assisting in following on site software use.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
Skills
- Supervision
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care, flower beds, and basic tree care
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Basic mechanical understanding over various small engines, Mowers, Trimmers, Blowers.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
