As far as Lawncare, we don’t just cut grass—we create clean, crisp, professional curb appeal. As a Lawn Mowing Crew Technician, you’re the heartbeat of our weekly service operation. You’ll handle the mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing that keep our clients’ properties looking their best—week after week.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:DAILY OPERATIONS & JOB EXECUTION
Assist with landscape and hardscape installations, such as patios, plantings, mulch, sod, and drainage.
Follow direction from the Project Crew Leader and ask questions when needed.
Load and unload materials, set up job sites, and keep work areas clean and safe.
EQUIPMENT HANDLING & MAINTENANCE
Safely operate hand tools, wheelbarrows, shovels, compactors, saws, and other jobsite equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of tools and machines.
QUALITY & SAFETY
Ensure accuracy in measurements, grades, and installations per design plans.
Follow safety protocols on every job site and report hazards immediately.
Double-check your work to ensure it's clean, solid, and ready for client approval.
TEAMWORK & COMMUNICATION
Work closely with your crew and communicate clearly with the leader.
Support the team—whether it’s lifting heavy materials or getting a job over the finish line.
Be reliable, respectful, and focused on solutions when challenges arise.
