Description:
We are searching for an energetic, upbeat, patient team member who will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. As an integral member of our team, our you'll answer inbound calls and "sell" our firm to potential new clients. You'll listen attentively to their legal needs, determine if we can help and help create a welcoming and professional experience that builds trust and confidence from the very first interaction. You’ll provide a vital service as it is the initial introduction of our firm.
By listening with empathy and gathering accurate information, this role facilitates a smooth transition from inquiry to engagement. The goal is to establish a strong foundation for long-lasting relationships while determining whether our legal services are the right fit for their needs.
You will work closely with our managing partner and Director of Operations to on-board new clients.
We have a small but very collaborative team which includes team builders, celebrating birthdays and workaversaries, community service projects and team lunches from time to time.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and engage with potential clients over the phone.
- Collect and accurately record key client information.
- Assess client needs and determine suitability for our legal services.
- Set appointments for potential clients.
- Follow up with potential clients throughout the Intake process to answer any questions or address any concerns.
- Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth intake processes.
- Must be energetic, patient, professional, reliable, able to multi-task, have great attention to detail and a strong memory.
Qualifications:
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively while taking notes during phone calls.
- A quick thinker with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and strong memory.
- Ability to successfully manage pipeline of potential clients from initial call through engagement/on-boarding.
- Dedicated to following up with potential client(s) for maximum results via phone and/or email.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
