We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Concierge to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our community. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist residents, guests, visitors, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and create a positive experience for everyone entering the community.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Assist with daily administrative and front-desk operations.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and management.
- Monitor and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Follow community procedures and help ensure a safe, organized, and pleasant environment.
Qualifications
