Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Part Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our busy orthopedic practice on a part-time basis. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with exceptional orthopedic specialists and physical therapists, providing comprehensive care to patients recovering from orthopedic conditions.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 2-3 days per week
- Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Practice
- Support: Hands-on training and mentorship provided
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to patients with orthopedic diagnoses
- Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and physical therapists to ensure continuity of care
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families on recovery and functional independence
- Document patient progress in compliance with practice standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Current New Jersey Occupational Therapy license
- Experience in orthopedics or rehabilitation preferred (new graduates welcome with training provided)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for hands-on patient care and teamwork
