What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook/Prep Cook position at Seaview Crab Company?
Seaview Crab Company is looking for a reliable, hardworking, versatile Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced seafood operation where every day can look a little different. We need someone who is willing to jump in wherever they are needed—from prepping fresh seafood and ingredients to working the line during a busy service.
The ideal candidate is a team player with no ego, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You don't have to know everything on day one, but you do need to be willing to learn, take direction, work hard, and continually improve.
Seafood experience is a major plus, but we're willing to train the right person. A good attitude, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others are just as important as experience.
At Seaview, we take pride in serving high-quality seafood to our customers and supporting one another as a team. If you're someone who works hard, learns quickly, takes pride in your work, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed, we'd like to meet you.
