What You'll Do
As The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor, You Will
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to outpatient clinicians.
- Oversee Outpatient Mental Health Services, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Services, and the Sober Living Program.
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based, person-centered care across outpatient programs.
- Support staff development through coaching, consultation, and performance management.
- Monitor documentation, productivity, and compliance with agency, state, and payer requirements.
- Collaborate with psychiatry, admissions, and other clinical leaders to ensure coordinated care.
- Support program development, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation efforts.
Required
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent), or ability to obtain Alaska licensure.
- Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Knowledge of ASAM Criteria and outpatient SUD treatment.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical quality improvement.
