The Recovery Center Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of our Recovery Center residential and outpatient programs. This includes clinical supervision, program development, regulatory compliance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to individuals seeking recovery. The ideal candidate is an experienced behavioral health leader with a passion for substance use treatment, team development, and integrated care approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, case managers, and support staff.
- Oversee treatment planning, clinical programming, and client care strategies.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, grant requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement best practices in substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen referral systems and community support.
- Provide direct clinical services as needed, including assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention.
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Alaska licensure (or ability to obtain) as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria, evidence-based treatment models, and trauma-informed care.
- Experience in program development, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.
- Passion for client-centered care and supporting individuals on their recovery journey.
