Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $18-20 per hour
- Temporary Staff Housing: Temporary Staff housing is available to support you in moving to Seward, AK. Housing requires a modest payroll deduction. Please inquire at interview.
- Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Facilitate group discussions and support sessions
- Assist clients in setting goals and creating individualized plans
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment
- Promote a safe and supportive community within residential and housing programs
- Encourage clients to engage in healthy recreational and social activities
- Assist in crisis intervention, as needed
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's License to conduct company business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude
- Reliable and punctual
