Service Advisor assists the customer with appointments, creating repair orders, follows up with recommended services and vehicle needs. Provide estimates to the customer and obtains approval for repairs. After repairs, closes the repair order and assists the customer with payment.
Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management.
Communicate with the parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs.
Schedule service appointments.
Greet and write clients up in a timely manner.
Verifies warranty or extended warranty coverage and assists with processing of claims.
Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufacturer's guidelines, Review Repair Orders to ensure work is completed
Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
