We are growing quickly and value team players with great attitudes. Ideal candidates have experience as a Veterinary Client Service Representative, however any level of experience will be considered. We are seeking a part time or full time (30 hrs/week) CSR to join our team M, T, Th, and Fr for closing shifts.
Responsibilities of this roll include but are not limited to:
- Communicating with clients in a professional, welcoming, and empathetic manner to schedule appointments, answer questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Manage, email, voicemail, and text communications.
- Discussing financial options and payments with clients.
- Cashing handling and book keeping.
- Payment processing through a variety of financial services.
- Send and receive medical history.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work place.
- Communicating with vendors.
- Managing marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Office supply inventory.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
