Job Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Flexible Schedule
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Guest Check-ins and Check-outs - efficiently and accurately
- Room Deliveries
- Concierge Services
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payment transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by our guests
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management principles
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
We are open 24/7, while this position is not overnight, candidates must be available to work any day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and Holidays.
