The Seattle Storm ticket sales and service department is looking for qualified candidates interested in joining our gameday crew for the 2026 season. The game day support team is to provide superior experience for our fans in attendance. This position assists with event set up, guest services, in game promotions and overall game day logistics.

Passion for sales and service with 0-2 years of experience
Required Competencies
Friendly, customer-driven attitude
Positive attitude toward customers and colleagues
Ability to work nights/weekends/flexible schedule – Must be able to work all home Storm games

- Greet and welcome everyone checking in
- Support fan engagement activities and in-game experiences
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with questions and directions
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with setup and breakdown
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
