What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist and part time office manager position at Seattle Nature Cure Clinic?
Seeking a part-time front desk staff member to work weekdays. 3-5 hour shifts daily and also part time office manger. Tasks for front desk staff include scheduling patients with the online EHR, answering the phone, sending faxes, office cleaning, doing insurance pre-authorizations, patient billing, supply ordering, taking payments, sending emails, and other various tasks to help office providers. Tasks for office manger include talking with biller, work with Charm system, do pre-authorization with insurance, etc.
We are hoping for past experience with using the CHARM EHR database, or other medical office EHRS. If no past experience, please email us and we will discuss some options for training.
