Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Seattle, WA, responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role includes greeting customers, listening to their concerns, accurately documenting service needs, and explaining recommended maintenance and repair work in a clear, professional manner. The Service Advisor coordinates vehicle check-in and check-out, prepares service estimates, obtains approvals, and works closely with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service. Daily responsibilities also involve scheduling appointments, updating customers on repair status, resolving issues, and promoting dealership services and maintenance plans to support long-term customer relationships. The Service Advisor contributes to an exceptional guest experience aligned with the dealership’s standards for luxury, professionalism, and care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction and delivering Customer-focused Service in a premium or hospitality-oriented environment.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including active listening, clear explanations, and professional interaction with diverse customers.
• Understanding of Aftersales processes, including service workflow, maintenance schedules, and basic automotive terminology.
• Prior experience in an automotive service advisor, service coordinator, or related customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced service department.
• Comfort with dealership management systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications (email, CRM, and documentation).
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration with technicians and sales staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or customer service training in the automotive field is an advantage.
