Automotive Service Advisor – Earn $100,000 Per Year
Good Chevrolet | Full-Time
Good Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-volume, customer-focused service department. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at customer communication, understands automotive repair processes, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally in person and by phone
- Conduct service write-ups and verify warranty/recall coverage
- Perform vehicle walkarounds using digital MPI tools
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations following OEM guidelines
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
- Monitor repair progress and secure approvals for additional work
- Review completed repairs and invoices with customers
- Promote future maintenance and CSI awareness
Performance Expectations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit goals
- Maintain strong CSI/SSI scores
- Achieve ELR, hours per RO, and upsell objectives
- Ensure timely RO closures and minimal comebacks
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer preferred
- Strong automotive maintenance and repair knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
