The position: We are looking for an engineer to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who can perform skilled journeyman level day-to-day operation, inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and related building systems and controls.

The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a four-year apprenticeship training program and journey-level HVAC technician status
- Valid Washington state driver’s license with a fully insurable driving record
- Valid EPA universal license
- Valid EL06A HVAC/R specialty license
- Refrigeration journeyman license, type A or C
- Boiler license 4th grade or better
- Four or more years of as an HVAC/R technician in a commercial or industrial setting preferred
What will you do?
- Perform skilled journeyman level electrical and mechanical duties
- Set up and use journeyman level recovery equipment
- Repair refrigeration leaks, replace compressors, and other refrigeration side components
- Charge refrigeration systems
- Set up, calibrate, and use different types of test equipment related to HVAC/R
- Read and interpret building HVAC/R equipment mechanical plans, blueprints, electrical schematics, and as-builts
- Troubleshoot hydronic boilers
