The incumbent needs to be highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work in an ambiguous environment. Responsible for managing and/or coordinating work efforts of numerous projects within Supply Chain Management. Exercises judgment to reflect executive's style and company policy, mission and values. Responsibilities include the organization, prioritization and coordination of a high volume of work including highly confidential information. Functions as a general project assistant, assisting the Directors and SCM leadership teams by overseeing/tracking project plans and milestones, resource utilization and timelines, and effectively communicating areas of variance or opportunity to leadership. Please note: this role has physical responsibilities up 50lbs.

Positon is on main campus. Will need to occassionally work at regional sites.

Required Education And Experience

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Minimum of two (2) years experience in coordinating workflow, methods and procedures reliant on project management techniques and applications.

Demonstrated experience in drafting, editing and creating written communications and/or reports.

Required Credentials

Preferred

Health Care Experience a plus

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Health Care Management, Business Management, or related field.

Five (5) years increasingly responsible experience coordinating work flow, data and information tracking, project management, and working with executive staff.

Compensation Range

$60,643.00 - $90,965.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
