Position: Shipping & Receiving Associate (Level I–III)
Seattle Aviation Solutions is hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates to support our growing warehouse operations. This posting covers Level I through Level III. Final title and compensation depend on experience.

Responsibilities
Core responsibilities for all levels
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts
- Package, label, and ship outbound orders accurately
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
- Use ERP systems for scanning and data entry
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Follow safety, quality, and shipping procedures
- Communicate clearly with your team and supervisors
By level
Level I
- Follow established processes and work instructions
- Escalate issues and discrepancies
- Learn aerospace parts handling and documentation
- Support on-time shipments and accuracy
Level II
- Investigate inventory discrepancies
- Apply aerospace shipping standards such as ATA Spec 300
- Verify documentation and quality requirements
- Coordinate with Quality, Sales, and Purchasing
- Train and support new team members
- Resolve routine issues independently
Level III
- Lead inventory control and root cause analysis
- Manage import and export documentation
- Ensure compliance with hazmat and export regulations
- Train staff on equipment and procedures
- Drive process improvements and safety standards
- Interface with vendors, carriers, and leadership
- Resolve escalated customer or supplier issues
Requirements:
Level I
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic warehouse or logistics knowledge
- Comfortable using software systems
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Level II
- 2 to 4 years of warehouse experience
- Aerospace experience preferred
- ERP system proficiency
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Experience operating specialized equipment
Level III
- 5 plus years of aerospace or regulated logistics experience
- Deep knowledge of aerospace shipping and compliance
- Hazmat and export regulation experience
- Advanced ERP expertise
- Leadership and training experience
