Study Skills is a unique, small-group, fee-based, elective class designed to help students develop executive functioning, self-advocacy, and academic skills. Grounded in a strength-based systems approach, Study Skills teachers partner closely with students, families, and classroom teachers. Skills are taught through targeted mini-lessons and individualized support. Visit our website for more information about our Learning Support program.
Experience in special education, academic coaching, small group instruction, executive functioning, and/or study skills instruction is considered a plus. The ideal candidate brings strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates an ability to partner effectively with students, families, and peers. A bachelor’s degree is required.
