Second Shift
Monday–Thursday
3:45 PM – 2:15 AM
$22.25 per hour
Overtime may be available on Fridays during busy season.
What You'll Do
As a Foam Cell Operator, you'll help manufacture high-quality seating components by operating foam production equipment and ensuring products meet our quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate foam production equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload molds and prepare components for the foaming process
- Inspect finished foam parts for quality, defects, and proper specifications
- Trim or clean finished parts as needed
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards
- Monitor equipment and report any production or maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate production records as required
- Rotate between workstations based on production needs
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Willingness to rotate between workstations as production needs require
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC)
