What are the responsibilities and job description for the Robot Welder-2nd Shift position at Seats?
Seats Incorporated is currently seeking individuals to work as Robot Welders on our second shift. Robot Welders operate machines that use mechanized programmable tolls (Robots) to automate the welding process.
No experience...No problem! We will train.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Operate and program robotic welding machines
- Set welding jigs according to specific setup instructions
- Occasionally grind or spot weld parts
- Quality check parts using checking devices and fixtures
- Read blueprints
- Read measuring devices
- Read and follow work instructions
- Must be willing to rotate to different work stations as production needs require.
- Proven attendance record with previous employers.
- Computer literate.
- Constantly lift and/or move to up 50 lbs.
We currently have openings on the following shifts:
2nd shift: 2:45pm-1:15am Monday through Thursday with overtime possible on Friday and Saturday.
*Friday overtime may be mandatory*
*Saturday overtime is always voluntary*

**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage starting at $20.60 per hour with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $22.65 per hour.
