JOB DESCRIPTION Understand contract and scope of work (i.e. SOW) and extracting the contract requirement into the checklist. Follow up FEED, P&IDs developed by consultant. Able to perform equipment sizing for pump required flow rate and pumping head together with NPSH verification. Able to perform piping line sizing. Able to develop system UFD/PFD. Able to create System Process Data Sheet. Develop/Update FPSO Hull common system related Topside, Safety, Hull marine systems in P&ID. Well understanding of common Class requirement such as ABS, LR and DNV Rules for marine system design. Well understanding of Equipment Isolation Philosophy and Specification from client. Well understanding of common piping material selection and application for marine system design as reference to International Standard. Able to incorporate the recommendations from the safety studies into the P&IDs and other relevant documents Able to review/comments technical proposal and vendor certified documents (VCD) from vendor (i.e. control valves specifications, PSVs specifications, etc.) Liaise with other discipline for relevant information that are needed for process design. Able to understand safety related drawing & documents (e.g. Safety Plan, Area Classification, Safety Signaling, Technical Specification for safety equipments, HSE Manual, Hydrant Location Study etc). Understand P&IDs and other related process, safety & instrumentation items Well understanding of the galvanic corrosion phenomena in the system design and able to avoid or resolve the galvanic corrosion related problems. Define control narrative and alarm set point for the instruments. System descriptions & all other kind of OIM (operation & maintenance manual) Sizing calculations (i.e. PSVs calculation, BDV calculations, SDV calculation, Control valves calculation) Carry out Hull Process related studies and prepare official report. Good knowledge in process simulation (PRO-II / HYSYS process simulator) Familiar System Design Safe Chart, Cause & Effect Matrix, Narrative Control Logic. Having knowledge to evaluate the relevant safety studies in FPSO design (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID,Radiation Study, Fire Explosion Study). Understanding of Working Environment Requirement and Human Ergonomic Design. Support commissioning activities and troubleshooting of system performance related issues. Able to perform Hull Process related activities with no or minimum supervision. JOB REQUIREMENTS Min.Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering SPPID, PRO-II / HYSYS Process Simulator, Flowmaster, AutoCAD, MS Office Prefer to have at least 5 years of Hull Process engineering related working experience or similar activities as describe above Prefer to have experience in FPSO project, both topsides & marine.
